Once you've had your initial consultation, we realise your time is important, and we aim to work around your schedule. We can work remotely via phone and e-mail, but some people prefer to sit down face to face and go through their options visually*. We don't work traditional hours and can meet you at your office or even come to your home if you prefer, even on a weekend.

Depending on the situation, complexity and amount of time needed for your case, we may charge a fee. However, these fees will be made clear to you on first contact with a consultant and will not increase at any point. If you are charged a fee, it will be a one off payment and will engage our services until the job is done. We understand properties sometimes don't complete due to circumstances beyond your control.
We offer a whole of market review of your mortgage needs. We source mortgage protection and home insurance from the top UK providers, household name companies. We can also refer to industry experts in financial services, solicitors, surveyors, commercial finance, 2nd charges, bridging and many more. If something more creative is needed for your mortgage solution, we can help to source it.
You can trawl the high street banks, speak to people who may or may not be qualified and be given little or no advice. Or, you can speak to an experienced mortgage broker, who can compare the entire mortgage market with the latest rates, some exclusives and have a solution catered specifically to your needs. We think outside the box and can offer advice, we'll look at your situation and present options you maybe hadn't thought about.
You will speak to your broker at Stratton Regent, and maybe one other person, an administrator. These people will be working for you throughout, dealing with the estate agents, solicitors and chosen lender to make sure your transaction happens in the timescale you need. You will have a mobile number for your broker and be able to contact them outside of office hours should anything worry you. Can your bank say the same?
Ed has been working in the property industry for more than 15 years and has an intricate knowledge of estate agency, mortgage finance and life/home insurance.
Originally from the North East of England, Ed started out as an estate agent in Central London in 2005, working through the 2008 global recession and trendy Bermondsey regeneration.
As a qualified mortgage broker and insurance consultant, he has continued to work throughout the South East, his local knowledge and flexibility enabling him to assist a variety of clients with their mortgage and protection needs.
Formerly a director and branch manager of a large South East based estate agency network, now an experienced broker; Ed has a level of expertise in all aspects of the property process, which can offer his clients insights they may not otherwise have.
